Darras Hall Estates Committee

Material changes to external features of a property or new additions to garden buildings including sheds, greenhouses and gates require permission from Darras Hall Committee. This is handled by the Plans Sub-Committee, meeting monthly, currently reviewing around 30 applications per month.

A fee is payable when plans are submitted and applicants will receive a response from the Estate Office within three working days of the meeting. Please note plans will not be reviewed if the annual subscription has not been paid!
